Enrollment in any Voluntary Benefits Program is designed to provide the insured a better quality of life in the event of an unexpected loss. Our goal in customer service area is to insure that goal is achieved by working hand in hand with the customer and their changing needs long after the enrollment process.

Individual Services

Our customers have grown to expect a level of service that is amongst the highest in the industry. Our office staff is available 5 days per week from 8AM to 5PM, and we also provide Toll Service Numbers Directly to carriers during our off hours. Should you need changes we will assist you in a prompt, timely manner, and our efficient on-line access allows us to review your policy coverages in real-time to provide you with accurate, up to date information.

Our friendly staff is here to listen and help with your concerns. We will gladly assist you even with some of the smallest changes, such as address or phone number updates. We are also here to hellp with more complex needs such as increasing or decreasing your protection levels.

Should a client or beneficiary be facing a difficult time due to a loss resulting from an accident, illness or even loss of life we stress genuine empathy and understanding. We are here to work alongside you during the entire claims process starting with the completion of a particular form until such time the insured can safely return to their normal activities.

The staff at East Coast Enrollers will work with you as a partner throughout the entire benefits process. We are dedicated to providing you with the best coverage options available through a large selection of quality carriers. We provide you with Employer and Employee presentations, one on one Counseling/Enrollment, and Top Quality Customer Service after the enrollment is completed. Your insured is our insured, and we therefore strive to bring them the highest level of service they have become accustomed to when working directly with your office.

Our staff strives to provide you with continuous communication regarding changes made through this office by your insureds. Annual open enrollments are conducted as a representation of your continued level of service to your customer.
